With over 10 years of experience in the real estate, construction and B2B SaaS technology sectors, in private and government organizations, in Europe and Asia Pacific, Caroline has a sharp expertise of the entire life cycle of a real estate project. From use case scoping, specification definition, bid management, design, to project execution, Caroline is taking the step towards digital transformation in 2021 by joining a BOS digital twin platform provider. With a strong sense of human relations, both within her teams and when listening to clients, she is a strategic management specialist and is passionate about project success. Her dual engineering and management background gives her the agility to quickly understand project perspectives from a technical point of view, as well as business organization and commercial issues.
