Project Management / Implementation
As part of our implementation missions, we manage the coordination of the smart building section of the project from start to finish by monitoring and liaising with project stakeholders: project owner, design teams, general contractor, solution providers, etc. Our missions in the realization phase range from assistance in conducting RFP (Request for Proposals) and selection of providers, to the acceptance of applications and services related to the smart building scope of the project.
Anticipating the operations phase
In anticipation of the operations phase, we identify the processes to be implemented for the delivery of the project and for the maintenance of smart building systems during its global life cycle In this perspective we assist the project owner in drafting the specifications for the operation and maintenance of smart building systems and in selecting the dedicated FM / service operator.
