Our consulting missions with property owners: local authorities, real estate companies and social landlords mainly concern the audit of building and property information systems and the elaboration of master plans for the optimization of the energy management of buildings under management. We conduct preliminary studies, carry out benchmarks, and propose a framework and action plans for the implementation of the recommended strategies.
