François-Xavier JEULAND is an INSA engineer, founder of the French Federation of Home Automation, Vice President of the Smart Building Alliance, author of the book “la maison communicante – Réussir son installation domotique et multimédia” (Ed. Eyrolles – 4th edition). For the past fifteen years, François-Xavier JEULAND has been campaigning for “reasoned” home automation and the concept of “connected housing for all”, placing ease of use and user satisfaction at the heart of the project.

François-Xavier works daily as an advisor to project owners who want to optimize the integration of innovative solutions in their construction or renovation project. He also supports companies wishing to develop their activity towards smart home and smart building. François-Xavier accompanies his clients, builders, promoters, social landlords, communities and individuals from the conception to the reception of the project and makes it a point of honor to allow them to make the right decisions in terms of connected housing while respecting budgets, specifications and schedules.
